At VetCare Canada, we believe great veterinary care begins with supporting the people who provide it.

Across our growing network of veterinary hospitals, our focus is simple: create an environment where veterinary teams feel supported, respected, and empowered to deliver the best possible care to pets and the people who love them.

Our hospitals are deeply connected to their communities and maintain their own culture and identity. At the same time, they benefit from the collaboration, shared learning, and resources that come from being part of a national network.

We are looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to support a portfolio of 12+ veterinary hospitals across Alberta, including one in Brandon, Manitoba.

This role is perfect for a curious, solutions-oriented leader who enjoys working closely with teams, developing leaders, and finding creative ways to help clinics grow and thrive.

You will partner closely with Practice Managers and Medical Directors, helping teams strengthen operations, develop leadership capability, and continuously improve the care and service they provide.

The Opportunity: Where Leadership Meets Impact

Every clinic is at a different point in its journey. Some teams are exploring new ways to grow, others are fine-tuning systems, and many are building toward their next level of performance.

For the right leader, this creates an exciting and rewarding challenge.

In this role, you will work alongside teams to unlock opportunities, strengthen workflows, and help move the metrics forward. You will support clinics in building on their successes while identifying new ways to improve efficiency, service, and team engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coaching leaders, and seeing the direct impact of their work across multiple practices.

If you are energized by helping teams find better ways to work, supporting leaders as they grow, and celebrating progress together, you will find this role both fulfilling and fun.
