All About Pets Animal Hospital is an extremely welcoming, small animal clinic. We are situated in the downtown core of Langley, BC (about 15 minutes off of Highway 1) and are close to many great areas of food, shopping, parks and walking trails too! We strive to provide a calm and comfortable environment for all, with very engaged staff, and a loyal client base. The clinic is well maintained and provides a clean and organized work space. Our team is a grouping of hard working/fun loving people who love to share as many laughs as possible, and we love to spoil our Doctors.
About the Role
Our ideal Vet Assistant will counsel and educate clients, under the direction of a Veterinarian or a RVT, on various aspects of animal care such as dosage/purpose of medications, home care, vaccination requirements, and preventative healthcare recommendations. In collaboration with the team, they will suggest and explain laboratory procedures and testing. They will also greet, handle, and treat animals in a way that contributes to an environment in which animals feel safe and secure.

Expected Wage Range: $17.43 - $24.00
