We are an after-hours emergency hospital located in Kingston, ON. We are a mentoring team of DVMs and RVT's who encourage everyone to step outside of their comfort zone and learn new skills. We are a fast paced environment dealing with emergencies in small animals. Our team is supportive, easy going and enjoys light hearted times during the stressful ones. Our ideal team member would be eager to learn, enjoy a fast pace of work while being able to multi-task and be superior in client communication skills.
We are open overnight Mondays through Wednesdays and 24 hours starting Thursday evenings to Monday mornings and all holidays to serve the needs of the community. Flexibility in schedule and a work-life balance are important to our.
Is This Role Right For You?
Our ideal Locum Veterinarian (DVM) will demonstrate an exemplary standard of medicine with patients in a compassionate and caring manner. The DVM will be largely responsible for clinical work and will combine clinical expertise, emotional intelligence and utilize a servant leadership mindset to promote excellence in veterinary medicine.
We will only consider candidates who hold or are eligible to hold a full General Veterinary License in Ontario at the time of their application.
