We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic, entrepreneurial Practice Care Centre team.  This role will be instrumental in conducting market research, executing marketing campaigns, and building our brand story and recognition in the veterinary industry.

The Opportunity:

You will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy across VetCare channels, as well as supporting our practices teams to ensure they have the marketing resources needed to grow market share. You will have the opportunity to lead creative projects, including an assortment of traditional, digital, social and community-focused marketing initiatives, across both corporate and consumer segments. Reporting to The Digital Marketing & Design Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the organization by supporting our practice teams, bringing our brand to life through marketing campaigns and creative projects. Detailed responsibilities include:

  • Data Collection: Support set-up, data and invoice gathering from Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital platforms.
  • Provide Centralized Support: Updating our practice websites, creating flyers, signage, promotional materials and administrative duties. 
  • Design and Digital Media: Support on design and creation of multimedia campaigns, including website updates, eNewsletters, videos, advertisements, social media content calendars, client communications, direct mail, webinars, podcasts and collateral pieces. 
  • Digital Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. Maintain and optimize accounts, including weekly keywords optimization. Update on-page SEO following audits to enhance keyword optimization. 
  • Communication: Oversee the production of internal and external emails and manage internal communication. 
  • Tradeshow Support: Organize tradeshows, manage swag inventory and delivery, and create post-event newsletters.


Expected Annual Wage Range: $50,000 - $60,000/yr

As a collaborative team player who is tech-savvy, organized, and adaptable, you thrive in managing multiple projects and navigating digital landscapes effectively. 


Must-haves:

  • A degree in marketing or a combination of related education and professional experience. 
  • Minimum one year of Marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Extremely high attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Self-starter with proven organizational and time-management skills.  
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the medical or veterinary field is an asset, but not required.
