Lincoln Animal Hospital team, in the Coquitlam Centre area are looking for a part time receptionist. Our 2 DVM practice is in need of a receptionist 2 days per week currently, with the possibility of extending hours further in the near future. We are a small and passionate team working our way up to further excellence with our client and patient care. Animal Industry experience is a plus, but not necessary for this position. Expected Wage Range: $17.00 - $22.60
About The Role:
Our ideal Client Care/Receptionist builds positive client relationships by displaying genuine care and compassion towards clients and their pets, being respectful in all interactions and providing exceptional customer service. This involves greeting and checking-in clients in a friendly and warm manner; receiving incoming calls from current and prospective clients utilizing a courteous and caring approach. This person will appropriately screen calls, book appointments, take detailed messages as well as provide knowledgeable non-medical information to clients. Responsibilities also include performing a variety of administrative office tasks, including mail (receiving, sorting, distributing, posting), drafting memos and other correspondence, completing reports and other ad-hoc document requests.
