Is This Role Right For You?
Our ideal Veterinarian (DVM) will have 7+ years of experience and can demonstrate an advanced expertise in complex internal medicine, surgical and dental procedures, and multimodal treatment planning. Highly confident in independent decision-making, they are capable of managing challenging cases and emergencies. This role values experience in leadership, mentorship, and past business management or practice ownership, while combining clinical excellence, teamwork, and emotional intelligence to deliver exceptional veterinary care.
You will be largely responsible for clinical work with approximately 5 - 10% of time focused on Medical Director responsibilities. For these responsibilities you will work in partnership with the National Medical Director, create and sustain an environment conducive to high quality and competent veterinary care.
We will only consider candidates who hold or are eligible to hold a Private Practice license in British Columbia, at the time of their application.
